So I've been looking at other servers, and one feature that this one private server had that made it stand out was the fact that the server would auto-restart every 2 hours. Looking back at MooN's vacation, and the condition the server was in, I think that it would benefit the server if it auto-restarted every 24 hours. This would allow MooN to not have to constantly worry about the server when on trips/vacations, and if the server were to crash or restart while someone didn't save, they would only lose 1 day's worth of training/items/etc. rather than the other devastating possibilities. I thought I'd just throw this idea out for everyone and MooN to see Smile

I mentioned this to him before he went on his vacation. The only problem in having an auto-restart is that it usually lags A LOT right before the restart allowing for item duplication to happen. But a having a restart every 24 hours is a good idea.

Well a good way to fix that would be to either write or find a code that warn's people of the restart beforehand and autosaves/dc's everyone 1 minute before it restarts o.o

Idk if it's possible but it sounds about right lol

That's even worse cause its basically telling everyone when the restart is so they'll know when to start duplicating items. But the auto-save sounds good just the warning is bad.

Well, it could just autorestart at a really late/early time, say 4am pst/7am est? That way, most people wouldn't be willing to dupe at such a late time

Its actually not that bad of idea at all.

Anyway he was a bad person..
He was duping stuff to other acc..
& scroll hekking around people.

why scroll when you can just do !killmap / !killall :p
