Smileys SRB ring appeal/bug

Umm... Hello, sorry I had to do it on my account.
But then Smileys broswer isn't working.
So, then I'm posting his appeal/bug problem for him.
He has been excited to get his 4th SRB ring.
When he was going to get his 4th SRB ring, he didn't know that his inventory was full.
And I know that you hear this alot.
He got 2 SRB ring from training his self.
He has 379 rbs. And I'm sure you can check his charinfo.
I gave him 1 SRB ring along time ago. When I was about to leave the server.
I had 2, I gave one to Smiley and one to Pwned.

120RBs=1SRB ring.
379RBs=3SRB ring.
His 3 SRB rings coulda been 4 if his inventory wasnt full.
I'm sorry that i don't have an proves...
But you can hear his POV him his side.
