Moon hasn't been responding to anything, so I guess the server's gone...
Hopefully if you see him on msn, you could try asking him.
I haven't been able to see him on- the only time I saw him on was on chatango but i was a few hours late. If Moon had a new site, he would've said so, but he hasn't been on for weeks.

I've seen him on MSN. I tried to message him. He didn't respond and logged off shortly after.

Nexon's a million dollar company. And, what ive heard from, Flora I think, Moon advertised his server on GameCheetah. And GameCheetah is facing legal threats from nexon. Since Private Servers are illegal, most of the servers on gamecheetah, are down...
Since moon advertised this server there...
that's probably why the servers down.
