When Moon opened his server, he advertised it on GameCheetah And right now, GameCheetah is facing legal threats from nexon. And most servers advertised on GameCheetah were shut down do to Violation of the ToS...

And I qoute this from the Maplestory Nexon website. The Truth about Private Servers.

So what it's basically saying is, If you violate that rule, You can face legal trouble and up to maybe I don't know probably up to 10k-100k-250k fine(or prison). Nexon usually gives you a threatening Email saying something like, "If you don't shut down your website, forums and server, we will take this into court blah blah and you will face a (ill say 50k) $50,000 fine or prison..."

So yah...

Guys I would play Lunar's server but right now.. I'm a bit bummed out because of my recent breakup and school's coming up soon so I'm not going to have alot of time. Idk.. I might try it later but not any time soon.
